Upon arrival, you will be warmly greeted with a big smile and welcomed
to the office. If you haven't already filled out our new patient intake form,
prior to your visit, you will be asked to complete it in the office.
Once completed, you will be given a tour of our beautiful office to ensure
you are comfortable and relaxed and know just what to expect. We are proud to offer state-of-the-art chiropractic care in a relaxing, family-friendly surrounding. You will then be taken to the Exam Room where the doctor will first meet with you to begin the consultation and exam.
Your First Visit
Next, you will have a one-on-one consultation with the Doctor to discuss your current and past health history, any questions you may have, the reason you are seeking chiropractic care, and your wellness goals . This initial visit is designed for the Doctor to learn more about you, your condition, and expectations to determine how chiropractic care can meet your goals. At this time, we will we will also explain how chiropractic wellness care works, and specifically how things are done in our office. We strongly feel that the more we know about you, and the more you know about us, the more we can help, and that is our primary mission.
If you would like to have a consultation only, please let us know ahead of time.
We offer complimentary consultations that are "conversations, not commitments"
and last about10 minutes long. This will give you the opportunity to see our office,
talk with the Doctor, and get an initial feeling if our office is right for you.
After your consultation, a comprehensive chiropractic examination and neurological diagnostic testing will be performed using our state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment to assess how well your nervous system is FUNCTIONING. The examination will consist of a thorough spinal and nervous system review that may include any of the following:
Range of Motion
Palpation of the spine
Neurological Diagnostic Testing
The instrument used for our neurological diagnostic
testing is called the Insight Millennium Subluxation Examination, which is
certified by the U.S. Space Foundation. The Insight Millennium test gives us a
baseline so we can objectively measure your progress to see how your
nervous system is improving during care.
Once your comprehensive evaluation is complete, we are able to
make a more accurate determination of the type of adjustments
your spine needs as well as the initial frequency of your care.
The results of your examination are explained to you during your
second visit, the Report of Findings.
Your Second Visit
On your 2nd visit, you will once again be warmly greeted and led to
the exam room where the doctor will meet you to review their findings
from the first visit. We refer to this as your Report of Findings. This is
also the time where you have the freedom to ask any and all
questions you may have.
First the doctor will explain the results of the scans that were
performed. The scans have several components depending on what
was done, and each will be explained and related to your specific
condition or challenge. Again, this is the most important piece as you
will be re-scanned on a very specific schedule in order to track and
document your functional improvements. The doctors will also relate
how their examination findings tie into what was found on the scans.
It is very important to us that you have a good understanding of what
is going on with your spine and central nervous system, so again
questions will be taken throughout the entire Report of Findings.
Lastly we will go over the details of your treatment plan, the financial
aspects of your care and your options with our affordable cash family
plansand answer any and all questions you may have.
Once your report is finished, you will then be led to our treamtent area for your first adjustment.
The entire 2nd visit should again take about an hour, and will finish with scheduling of your next appointment.
